Otis Hackett Group began as a series of short term consulting projects helping dealers with a variety of projects from building F&I departments to sales training seminars. In 2001 founder and President Otis Hackett had the opportunity to form a group of consultants with expertise in all aspects of dealership operations. He responded immediately realizing what a highly talented group of “battle hardened veterans” could offer the Powersports industry; an offering far greater than mere consulting. Capitalizing on that opportunity resulted in the formation of the current OHG team.
OHG prides itself in the fact that all of our trainer/consultants either are, or have been motorcycle dealership employees or owners working on the front lines of the industry every day. That gives OHG the capacity to see the real world as a peer of the dealer instead of as outside “experts”. OHG is active in numerous dealerships simultaneously which allows us to witness both the successes and challenges faced by a wide variety of dealers.
